Privacy Statement

The Privacy Act (2020) sets the rules for how organisations like TRANSITION CONSULTANTS LIMITED  hold personal information about people.

 

This means:-

All personal and private information received from clients will be managed privately and confidentially.

 

No personal and private information will be discussed or shared with others at any time, unless discussed first and requested to do so by the client.

 

All client information will be collated and stored safely and securely and may be requested to be seen, by the client only, at any given time.

 

Safety & Protection Statement

 

We recognise our individual responsibility for the safety and security of those we support. All people in our service, children and adults alike, have the right to a safe environment and to feel protected.

 

If we feel the client is in danger of hurting themselves or others, we reserve the right to pass the information on to the appropriate authorities to seek further advice. This will always be discussed with the client prior to doing so.
